Every booking includes exclusive terrace access, standard furniture (tables, chairs, loungers), ambient string lighting, an English-speaking host, and basic setup and breakdown. Catering, add-ons, and event planning are quoted separately in EUR.
Yes. All rates on this website and in our quotes are in EUR (€). VAT at the Portuguese standard rate is included. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Six of our twelve terraces have covered pergolas or adjacent indoor rooms. For uncovered terraces, we offer free rescheduling within 90 days or a full refund if rain is forecast above 60% probability on the morning of your event.
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead for peak season (June–September) and 2 weeks for shoulder season. Last-minute availability may exist — contact us and we will check within 24 hours.
Yes. We offer complimentary viewings by appointment, typically on weekday mornings. A €50 viewing fee applies for weekend slots, credited toward your booking if you proceed within 14 days.
Intimate terraces require a minimum of 8 guests. Standard and premium terraces require at least 12 guests. The per-guest catering minimum is 6 people for wine tastings.
Cancel 48 or more hours before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the 30% deposit. Date changes are free if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
Four terraces offer step-free access and accessible restrooms. Please mention accessibility requirements in your reservation and we will recommend suitable locations. Miragaia Olive Terrace and Foz Atlantic Garden are fully wheelchair accessible.
